What I disliked about this product was the shipping process on the box it tells the shippers to handle with care ,but they don't with a box this size they should make sure to use two people when delivering this package due to it's size,and weight so nothing would get damage. The thing I liked is their customer service there is nothing like having a real person to talk to over the phone .They made very easy to explain what my problem was .and get me replacement parts .To Sarah,and all the people in customer service thank you ,and please keep up the good work. ... show more
