I bought one using their recommendations for size but it was too small. I gave it to my daughter to put on her second cat as we were getting ready to move from FL to TN and I didn't want the cats unsecured in the cab and to give her a way to pull one out from under my feet if they chose there to rest. I ordered the next size up and just prayed it would come in time and in two days I had it! I was surprised to say the least. It fit him nicely and even though he's never worn a collar or harness in his 9 years he accepted it gracefully. It made us feel a LOT better what with having to stop at hotels at night although the first thing we did was take them off so they could be free to wander. It made a VERY stressful move a little easier. Now if I can only train him to go outside with it on..... My first attempt we never made it over the threshold before a 4 sets of claws were in me and he pulled out of the harness. Probably too soon.

Our sphynx has been asking to go outside. He’s always been an indoor kitty. I was worried about this harness being rough or bothering his skin. It’s not quite soft, but feels comfortable. No rough seams or scratchy bits. I followed the directions and it felt very secure. My kitty didn’t seem to mind it. He didn’t love the leash, but adapted pretty quickly. He tried to back out of the harness a couple of times (once he realized there was a leash,) but the harness stayed secure. He seemed to really love time outside in our garden. He’s asked to go outside every day since. Hopefully I’ll be able to teach him how to go for walks at some point.

I'm a big fan of this brand of harnesses for dogs. They were the absolute best I could find anywhere. Our cat is 9 lbs and lean, a petite little guy. He's a young cat, a little over a year old, and still acts like a kitten. It was difficult to wrangle him into the harness with it being over his head. He also managed to escape it within seconds of it being put on. The quality is great, just like what I'd expect, but it didn't work for our little escape artist.
