With that, these are very true to size & feel great right away. I have wide flat feet. I over pronate. These are positioning my foot to walk well & protect my ankles. I love them! They may not withstand more than 40 long day hikes, but that's 2 years worth, so these are a steal! I am rough on shoes & these look like they'll hold up to my abuse. Very comfortable, quality seems as good as much more expensive boot, color is great, good ankle/foot protection, light weight, slim - if you have a wider food it might not be a good fit. I would buy it again.

I was so excited to get them today and had to end up returning them because they run small. I usually wear between a 7.5- 8. I got the eights on these, but when I got them and put them on my toe was touching the front and that definitely is not gonna work for hiking. I would end up with blisters and hurt feet. There is no wiggle room at all. They did feel comfortable as far as the softness inside and cushion and I did love that they came with some extra cushioning I guess for different occasions. The style was pretty cute and they seem like they might be durable when hiking, but they are just not for me unfortunately. If you’re looking at these, they might be a good fit for you, but definitely I would size up. ... show more

These boots fit exactly as I would have hoped. I purchased them for my hiking needs (which isn't strenuous- I don't climb mountains at this point, but I do hike down into gorges and back up). They're well built and I like how the ankle is high enough to protect me from rolling them easily. I've walked up to 6 miles in them and they were still comfortable. I have extremely fat feed so I have my own custom inserts, otherwise it seems like there's a decent arch in them without needing more support. ... show more

I have never bought shoes of Amazon, but decided to take a chance on these boots, and I’m glad I did! The toe box is roomy, the outer soles have excellent traction and I’d say that they are definitely water resistant! I did have my feet get damp one day after stepping in deep water that went over the whole top of the boots after a few days of heavy rain (PNW). Overall, my feet have stayed warm, the inserts have good arch support (there’s 2 pairs included!), and I think these boots are durable and will last for multiple years! ... show more
