This was my first diy painting and it was a great experience! I got lucky when I chose this one because it’s not one of the more advanced ones out there and was a good starter one. I also took some liberties and did the background different, I didn’t want the back colors distracting from the main girl. A few tips, you’ll probably need to do 2-3 coats. White and lighter colors are more difficult to cover the lines and numbers and darker colors show the white background easily if there are any holes. So be patient and look for places that need more paint as you go once it dries a little. I also started with lightest colors first and tried to cover the dark lines and numbers as best I could so when it was time for darker colors it was much easier to correct any mistakes

It's a beautiful picture but the canvas was folded pretty small so it has a bunch of permanent creases, will probably return. I tried stretching it by hand it doesn't seem like it will come out.

I have not started on it yet because I have to get a frame to stretch the canvas on first. I wrongly assumed it was already stretched on a frame. I would have liked the option to purchase an extra set of paints.
