I am 5’4” 230 lbs and I got the xl. It’s fits like a dream. I absolutely love these shorts. I actually bought a bunch of pairs. They are comfy and soft, about a 7.25 inch inseam, and are great for going outside in the summer or lounging around at home. I even workout in them which is great. I don’t think they are too thin or thick, I enjoy them as they are. The only thing is the orange shorts are NOT the cute burnt orange like they are in the picture. I kept it because I don’t mind it but just to let others know.

I think these probably are sized right, but I still need to look elsewhere for what I want. I am a size 24 with hefty legs and these were not as loose as I like. I also have long legs so these hit me mid-thigh and I prefer longer and looser. They were comfortable, but I knew with any length of time in motion-my legs would rub. They are stretchy and I liked that they were on the thinner side of sweat shorts without being thread-bare thin. They seemed made well and I loved that they had pockets. I think if I were closer to a size 22 these would fit perfect. and they would be perfect for me with a few more inches in length. So, while they don't quite work for me, I'm sure others will love them.

These shorts are excellent quality. I love that they stay on without having to be tightened, which is always a plus (I love to take the strings out altogether). Not see through, and they're super comfortable. They're just a LITTLE too thick for wearing in the summer when I'm out speed walking, and they're almost a little TOO baggy. I'm chonky but short, and I love loose clothing in the summer, especially so that it's not super tight on my butt, but the LEG holes of these ones are just too huge. And I have thunder thighs, so that's pretty impressive. I'd recommend giving them a try! Because they ARE great shorts, I just ended up looking for something else a little TOO specific.

These are very nice, comfortable, sweat shorts. Not too heavy or too light weight, just right for whatever weather the throws at you. They are well made with good, quality material and they have a great, stretchy waistband and they are loose fitting which is great because they don’t cling to you. And the material is soft and such that it’s not going to stick to you when it’s warmer outside. Very nice shorts with really good color and fit, what great value! I think they’re just about perfect for casual summer shorts and they don’t ride up on you while you’re wearing them and that’s important.

Very comfortable shorts to wear. Ordered 2 pair in different colors and plan to order more colors in the future. Quality is great and fits really to size. I like the longer length in how they have a little wider leg than the shorter shorts have. Yet they are not too long to feel like capris.

Very comfortable. Nice, soft material. Colors are as pictured. I am about 5’8” 185 lbs and large fits perfect… not tight at all and legs are loose. Definitely a great purchase. Hope they hold up to washing.

If you are larger in the front or have a bigger stomach, these are for you. There is extra material in the front to fit without being too constricting or tight. Material was soft and they are well made. I gave these 4 stars because I returned them. They were not flattering on my slender body type.
