This is my 4th pregnancy and I have tried 4 different pillows this is by far the best pillow I have used. It comes with a super soft cover that is easy to put on and washes well, no pilling! It also has a zipper on the main pillow to add or take out stuffing if you wish, but I think it is perfect. I used it my whole pregnancy from about 3 months and now that I have had my baby I am using it for nursing. I love this pillow! I’m not pregnant, but I have a ton of back issues. Sleep can be a challenging to say the least. I had three different pillows on my bed - one for my head, one for my arm/back support ( depending on what side I was sleeping on, and one for between my knees and feet. Picture trying to flip over in the middle of the night and not getting wound up in your blanket and pillows! It’s not easy! If you’re lucky you are awake enough to know where the edge of the bed is! If not, you could end up on the floor! But then I invested in this pillow - the 1st night was fantastic!! I slept like a baby! Heaven! The 2nd night I slept well but woke up with a headache and a stiff neck. It hurt so bad! 3rd night I turned it upside down as I thought the pillow was the issue. I used my normal “My Pillow” that I love and being upside down allowed the same back, knee, and arm support as before. I found my bliss! If you are on the fence, give it a try. At nearly age 70, I obviously didn't get this pillow for pregnancy! I just really wanted extra support. With this surrounding me, I sleep so well. I don't have nearly as much trouble with sore joints since I got this pillow. I wish I had this pillow years ago.

I’ve had my pillow for roughly a month. I purchased it because I am a restless sleeper and thought maybe this could help me stay in one spot. I was right! I purchased the pillow with the t-shirt type pillowcase because I am a hot sleeper. I’ve taken the case off twice to wash it with no problems and no problems putting it back on. If you know how to put socks on a toddler’s foot, then you can stuff this pillow back into the case. 😆 When putting the case back on the second time, I noticed a small hole, about the size of a pencil eraser. Now, I could have easily sewn this up myself but I thought it may not hold or it could get holes in other places. So I emailed the company and they were WONDERFUL! I have worked in customer service and it takes a lot to impress me! They were very quick to respond, of course asking for pictures of the flaw. I let them know I loved my pillow and if possible I would like to have just the case replaced. Unfortunately they were out of the cases but they could replace the entire pillow. I asked if I needed to send the other pillow back…nope! So now I have two! And not only that, I no more got their email letting me know that it had shipped and it was already delivered! I am so impressed with Queen Rose and their customer service. The pillow has helped stop my restless sleep and their customer service is impeccable! ... show more
