Most importantly, this item will come in 2 boxes. I received both boxes on different days. It had great instructions with easy to follow along pics for installation. All pieces were enclosed and visually marked. Arrived with no defects. I was able to put it together alone. The only thing that I didn’t particularly care for were the slides on the drawers. I had trouble with one side not sitting properly. Otherwise, it is a solid, sturdy bed with a comfy mattress.

One of the drawers had lost the steel balls. I can't use it like this. I did have damage of a side part that I can live with because it's on the inside. I just need this 1 part "P" so the drawer will work. Can I get a replacement part "P"?

We had a few parts missing and they got back to me to fix our problems and sent replacement parts. There were a few scratches on it, but they didn't have a stain stick or paint to send me. This was the only downfall to the purchase. It comes with a 6 inch mattress. I bought another 4 inch mattress to put on top. My daughter said it was very comfortable with the added mattress. We are very happy with the purchase.

Besides it taking hours to put together, the quality seems good and I love how it turned out. Doesn’t take up an entire room like a bed does and provides cute decor for a room. The bed is pretty thin, but will probably get a mattress topper. The pillows and comforter fit in the drawers which is super nice.

Took two days to assemble - instructions were lacking and incomplete not all parts included the predrilled holes! Once assembled looks great, value for money is good and is comfortable to lay on.

Delivered in two large boxes one that showed damage. There was damage on a couple of pieces, but not in noticeable places. One good thing was that the directions were not too hard to follow. As I was assembling I had problems with the locking pins not securing tight enough , with a few of them breaking completely. It felt as if I were to try and lift one side or another that all the assembled pieces would come apart. The one thing that bothered me the most was the bottom section that is attached to the drawer. The last section of tracks would not stay together. When I pushed it in it wouldn't slide in straight and would pull out the lock pins. This Murphy bed is not at all well designed! I recommend buying one that is already assembled and you can see it working properly. This one is going back!
