This is a beautiful, heavy crown. Sturdy. But small. I measured the circumference as 40 cm, so test what 40 cm feels like on your head. It doesn’t sit well on my head, due to the size, and it would be tricky to secure for me. There are rings in the center for hair pins, but it would have been difficult to do myself. I used these as centerpieces for an event and they looked beautiful!! They are a good size and the guests loved them!! For the price, I definitely think they are worth it. I did not see any tarnishing. They are not plastic and are a metal material. I did try and put it on my head to see how it would look and I think with Bobby pins it could work fine.
