Was nervous about the light weight but it was not a problem and once on the bed it looked beautiful. Loved the size I have a high-boy 4 poster King size bed, wanted something large enough to fully cover the bed and this did the trick .

I have a king adjustable bed and all the comforters I buy never cover up the sides. My husband also gets hot with a heavy comforter. I found this oversized bedspread and bought it hoping it would work. It is a bit long. I do fold the top down some but it is Perfect. I put a cotton blanket under it, he likes the thickness of it. I like that it covers the sides and foot of the bed. I washed and dried it on gentle as it did smell like dye. No issues with washing it. It has a very pretty texture and looks great on the bed, it’s soft and I love it. Also got it for a good price ... show more

The color of this item is no where near the dark, rich navy blue they represent in the photo. More like periwinkle, or grayish blue. Returning as it doesn't work for my bedroom color scheme.
