The frame is good quality - in weight, black velvet in the back, real glass and chrome all around as shown in photo. The packaging was nicely done with a sheet protector, bubble wrap and tissue paper -- all three to protect the product and then inserted in the frame box. If improvement comments are needed to make it perfect, it would be -- 1) I wish the chrome border was wider to give stronger, even more luxurious presence. But, don't get me wrong. It's still a good product. 2) On packaging, I would not put "Impressions" brand name on it so large. It did get here on the day it was promised and that meant a lot so I can have five gifts ready the next day. ... show more

The frame was falling apart when I received it. The silver front on both frames had come unglued from the backing. Truly looks like something I could have picked up at the dollar store. Not worth the cost at all! If I could give zero stars I would.

I love this frame and it is one of my favorites. The clean lines give it a contemporary flair and you can hang it if desired. It gives the appearance of an expensive frame, but it's priced just right. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this as a gift as it looks great.

I got this to replace one we got when we got married that had fallen apart (different brand and look but I wanted another silver one). This exceeded my expectations. It looks wonderful and I like the simpler design. I would definitely buy it again and give it as a gift. It looks fantastic!
