Advertised as "healthy" but contains MSG! I didn't realize anything was made with MSG anymore. Lesson learned. I thought I was buying an easy snack for lunches. I thought this was going to be a good value. But I opened a cheddar pack that felt completely flat. It has 5 rice cakes in it & some crumbs. FIVE!! That’s it! However, the flavors of the variety are good. Probably will not be buying these again.

These low cal (35 /serving/1 cake/7 carbs/0 fats/0 sodium = unsalted, same with + 7 mg salt = lightly salted) rice cakes make, as others have noted, a great start to add cream cheese and other condiments to them. Personally I like them just as they are. Some of my medications give me the munchies as well as dry mouth similar to what I experience with pot. In addition, my Parkinson's Disease has robbed me of my sense of smell to the point of interfering with my sense of taste. This makes it hard to decide what I'm hungry for, other than sweet stuff. Rice cakes, unsalted and lightly salted, satisfy the nibbles just fine.

I was lured into buying these because they were a discounted price. Waste of money. They were stale and had a strange texture... maybe because of their sogginess. Buy them in a store, not here.

Flavor Name: Rice Cakes, Plain Variety
Over the last couple years, I have worked hard to reduce simple carbs from diet which is really hard. I am able to use a rice cake as my “bread” and still feel like I am having a sandwich. One rice cake has 7 carbs compared to the average slice of bread which has 30 carbs. The lightly salted rice cakes have allowed me to reduce my hypoglycemic crashes drastically. By buying in bulk for something that will truly get used up, I save dollars not pennies. These are most definitely a worthwhile purchase for my family.

I hadn't really had too many rice cakes before this, let alone flavored ones, but this is now one of my favorite snacks. This is my second time buying it, and this is definitely the best priced that I have seen them. At grocery stores it seems to be about $3 or so per pack, but you get 6 here. Love all the flavors, except for the white cheddar one, but I guess sometimes you just need something savory as an option. Wish this also included the chocolate rice cakes. I feel like it satisfies my need to eat in abundance while staying low calorie and decently filling. 4 are about 200 calories, depending on which flavor it is. They're pretty thick and have a decent-sized circumference. Just try them already!

I remember these rice cakes from when I was younger and boy have the flavors changed! These no longer taste like cardboard. The set of flavors I bought are freakin' delicious, I will be buying these frequently. I have been telling everyone about how great they great are. Even more exciting was finding out the bag has the rice cakes separated into two sets so they stay fresh longer - that was smart! Do yourself a favor and try these!!!

I received only 10 bags and 4 were Apple Cinnamon. No Sweet Chili and no Cheddar as listed in the Amazon description. Very disappointing to pay for 12 and not even get all of the flavors.
