When I am dieting I love to eat these because they do a nice job of filling me up for the amount of calories. I have been very pleased with the variety pack, they give some nice diversity in taste despite being healthy. I really enjoy the everything bagel, I didn't expect to like it as much as I do, and I have always enjoyed the cheese one. All of them are solid and filling and a great value for the money.
