*edit* I most definitely won’t order again just due to customer service. The bundle was so small, not even close to as thick as the picture displayed. The company contacted me and said it was due to the length is why it looked so small and that the picture was 18 inch that’s why it looked so thick. I stated the picture should match the length I selected so it shows realistic thickness. So they offered to send me an additional bundle free to make it enough for a head. I wasn’t comfortable providing my address to a text number so they said they would refund me if I bought another one. I bought an additional bundle and they would not refund me until I posted a review praising the product. This went on for over a week of me asking for a refund and they continued to ask if I posted a review yet. Stating they will refund me but only after I post a positive review about the hair. Still havnt gotten a refund for the extra bundle I purchased due to the expectation of a refund. It’s too late to get new hair before my appt so if by chance you still want to gamble with them I’ll review the hair once it’s in on quality. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I loved the fullness of the unit! No shedding or tangling. The lace is good. It was a little thicker than my liking but it will do. It was easy to pluck. The knots bleached perfectly. Hair is very soft!

I've had this hair installed as a sew in for about a month now. I wanted to wait at least a month before I reviewed it in order to give my honest opinion. I have it in 16, 18, and 20 inch bundles with a 20 inch closure. The bundles are plentiful. I didn't have to use all 3 bundles. I only used the 18 and 20 inch bundles and the hair is very full. It is true to length as well. I'm only 5'3" and the hair reaches my lower back. Now for my honest review. I really like this hair overall especially for the price I paid. It's very soft and has a nice loose wave pattern. The closure is holding up well also. I gave it 4 stars because it does shed but not too bad. I did seal my wefts and did not cut the wefts during my install. The hair also tangles some at the nape of the neck but not too bad. Regular maintenance will take care of that. My opinion is that shedding and tangling in the nape are common issues among most hair extensions so I expected these things and won't give the hair a bad review because it's not too bad but it does need to be mentioned. I maintain the hair by following the instructions included in the package. I try stay away from shampoos and conditioners that contains sulfates, alcohol, parabens, etc. I wash the hair at least once a week with a co-wash in between washes. I also spray the hair with water, conditioner, and a light serum as a leave in as needed but it retains moisture very well. The ends are in great shape and does not get dry and frizzy. I do deep condition the hair with Silicon Mix which helps with the tangling in the neck and keeps the hair soft. I do braid or twist the hair at night and either sleep with a satin bonnet or satin pillow case. I have not straightened the hair. I prefer to wear it in it's natural state so I can't say how well it straightens nor how well it bounces back to its natural state. I do not bleach nor dye my bundles so I don't have any helpful information about that. Would I recommend this hair? Absolutely. I think it's pretty good hair with proper care and a great price but just be advised that it does shed and tangle in the nape. I am attaching pics. First pic is immediately after the install and second pic is what it looks like after a month. So my honest opinion is I've had a pretty good experience with this hair so far. Great hair I’ve had installed for almost two month. Treat it well I keep it in one or two big braids when sleep hit it with a smal amount of oil. It does shed when you comb through it real good. But it stills look goo, almost two months later. Still holds a nice curl

This is my third time purchasing this hair and it never disappoints. It comes in a satin bag with detailed care instructions. When my package was delivered an email was received from the supplier with additional care instructions. It did have a smell (hence the 4 stars) but I co-washed it twice and once it was installed I used conditioner water in a spray bottle to maintain the waves.
