These small hanging shelves are a solid win for my cubicle. They’re compact, easy to hang, and instantly made my workspace look more pulled together. I’ve had coworkers stop by just to compliment them — which, let’s be honest, never happens unless free snacks are involved. They hold my little plants, a couple trinkets, and a stress ball or two without any issue. Definitely add some personality without taking up desk space. Now for the one downside: they come unfinished, and that gave me pause. I was tempted to stain them, but honestly, I’m scared to mess them up and end up with blotchy regret. If you’re confident with wood stain, go for it. If not, maybe just enjoy the natural look like I did. Overall: Great style boost, lots of compliments, just BYO finish if you’re picky.

These are the only shelves that work on my rental unit's latham plaster walls. The sticky adheres beautifully, the assembly is super easy, and each shelf holds a decent amount of weight given they're not screwed into the wall for stability. I've bought two sets already, and will likely buy more as I continue to organize my apartment.

Super cute color, look great and are easy to put up. The only downside is the adhesive wall stick-ons they give you. They are adorable, shaped like cats, and you hang them on their tails. Sadly, it seems like they aren’t super strong. After a week, two of them fell down (and scared me in the middle of the night, lol) I have very light objects on mine, like a couple small figurines and small plushies, so I don’t think the weight that was the issue. They come with more stickies than you would need, so I replaced them with new ones- a month later, one randomly fell again. (It always has to happen at night of course) I have been putting command strips onto the base of the cat stickies and they work just fine. I would just get your own command hooks and avoid the trouble. It is lame because they are so cute, but save yourself a heart attack by getting scared awake in the middle of the night

Really disappointed in these shelves. Even though they were easy to assemble, I don't think they were worth the money for the following reasons: 1. "Burlywood" is basically a 10" unfinished plank. No varnish or anything. Mine definitely looked like they could have used some additional sanding even. 2. The hooks--the product was advertised as including hooks that did not damage the wall. I anticipated these being similar to command strips with a pull tab. However, they are just hooks attached to a flat sticky back. No instructions on how to remove them without damaging the wall, which makes me skeptical of that claim. Also, the backs of the hooks have cartoon-like plant images printed on them, which completely detracts from the aesthetic of the shelves. As I result, I'm spending more money on command strips that I am confident won't damage the walls. 3. The wire handles--both left and right wire handles are designed as being identical. On both sides, the wire comes up from the back, loops over the top to the right, and then is bent toward the front. It means the look of the shelf is not symmetrical, which also throws off the aesthetic. 4. Sizing--the product advertised at least one shelf of 15 inches. I received three 11.8" shelves. They're pretty small. All in all, I probably could have made better looking shelves for a lower price. Not worth it. Update 12/1/2019: The shelves get a one-star because the wood is good for repurposing for decoration. But you could buy wood cheaper somewhere else. I came home one day and found that one of the sticker hooks hadn't held onto the wall, making the shelf fall, and another one of the plastic hooks had broken, making another shelf fall. I had some small fragile items on the shelves (not very heavy), and all of them were smashed. When I went to take the sticker hooks off, huge chunks of wall paint came with it (for one of them clear through the base coat). So not only have a lost a number of childhood momentos, I will also now have to spend more money and time matching paint and painting over the spots.

I bought these for my son’s little activity corner, they’re great for saving space when you don’t have room for more floor shelves! They come with these cat hangers and another form of wall sticky hanger. Personally i’d say skip those and use picture hangers if you have any! This way you can move them around easier, and 9/10 times the wall sticky things tend to pull paint and they take dry wall off too. You could probably use thumb tacks to hang these. 10/10 would buy again. A little over priced 3 for $15. However, the black holders go into the wood via a hole so they seem pretty stable. (again i’d use picture hangers instead of the stickies for extra safety) hope this helps <3
