I purchased this product a couple of years ago for the purpose of being able to organizing my comic book collection. When I bought it I tested it out and it worked OK. I put it down and had life interrupt. I went back to it and picked up the program and the damn thing wouldn't work. I tried everything I could think of and then I reached out to customer service. Expecting a 2 -4 day response time, I was surprised by the immediate response. The first response was a rehash of things that I had tried and I responded expecting a long wait and then less than a minute later I got another response. Another set of things I had tried and I responded that I had did all of the steps. Then less than a minute after, I got a request for a phone meeting to troubleshoot the problem. I couldn't believe it! I set the appointment for another day at 3pm. On the appointed day, my phone rang and Kevin was on the other end. I was surprised. He talked me through my issue and I was back online. Then came the surprise; Kevin is the owner of the company. I was floored. Not only is the product fantastic, the owner takes responsibility and provides fantastic customer service. I have recommended the product to a lot of people in the comic book world.

I found the Argosy app incredibly easy to download, set up and use fast. It was as easy as 1-2-3; 1. scan the QR, 2. type in the name of the item, 3. click "add" in the app and on to the next. If you love organization you can go way deeper and add tons of info like itemized contents, location in your home, garage or attic, add in images, notes etc. I went for the path of least resistance: stick it, name it, add it. DONE. I put Argosy to the test against my many bins of family photos. Now I know which one holds my wedding pictures; which has pic of my kids in elem school, middle school; high school; the bin that has Costco CD's of pictures from long ago; and the one with professional (remember Olan Mills?), school and sports photos, all without having to pop a single lid and all because the sleek little QR code tells me so. After using this simple (to the eye) but robust (on the app) management system, I decided I liked it so much that I'm using on my garage boxes next. I still have a lot of the QR labels left over. I looked back on amazon, thinking, "Did I really only spend $15 on this?", and see they have other products too that would be really helpful especially if you have a move coming up. I will not miss wrestling with the roll of duck tape to label each box only to find that the marker has worn off when I go searching for what I need. I am also a professional ADHD Coach so I was curious if Argosy would be a good fit for my clients. I will definitely recommend it as it will help bolster the critical executive function of organization. I was so curious about this app that I looked up the meaning of the word "argosy" and found its historical meaning is "a large merchant ship loaded with valuable cargo" and the more modern meaning is "a large collection or rich supply of something valuable." So the name fits perfectly! This system makes it incredibly easy to know exactly what you have and where it is. If you like simple tools that solve a real problem and save you time, this is absolutely worth the small investment.

I have found these labels to be very useful in my home. I use them for keeping track of all my kids' "hand me down" clothing, and now I am super excited to use them to organize my holiday decorations so they are easy to find next year. The app is so easy to use and has great features. Also, they are wonderful quality! They seem super durable, and the adhesive is very strong. I have no worries, they will peel off over time. They are worth every penny because they save me time and stress!

Ordered these to organize our bins and while the concept is great, the labels are filled with duplicates so half the time when I try to scan a label to for the bin I get an error in the app saying the label has already been used! Less than half are usable which is unacceptable and really disappointing. The ones that do work are great and the app is easy to use, just wish they tried a little harder with the labels so there aren't duplicates.

Preparing for a major move, I have purchased a variety of these, but this is the first one that works as intended. Other brands were either using obsolete apps or were IOS only and this works well on Android. App is easy to use as promised. And if I use all 40 and need more, I would gladly pay the upgrade fee. For me, the biggest drawbacks are not knowing if the codes are account specific or if anyone with an an account can view. And in the trial version, lists can be exported individually not a mass export.

I purchased these a couple of years ago, I love them! I am a quilter I store kits, fabric and scraps using these. The system makes it super easy to locate where and what tote has what I need. Even if I can’t remember the name I gave it I can use that app on my phone and look at the photos in each tote. The best thing for me is the ability to remove and add new things. I share with everyone I know just how great these are! They stick great to tote never had one fall off easy to see and personalize I add tote # to app and label in large writing so if it is stored high easy to spot.
