We've used them for several months now and even bought additional sets. The same features that make these good for baby are the same features that also make these a bit more effort to wipe clean, but it is worth while to wipe these down a couple times each week. We purchased these to put on the ice when we ice fished so we could set up our kids play pen and have another form of barrier between direct ice/snow and his play area. The picture helps give you an idea of how much space they can cover. With most pieces connected, it provided coverage for underneath the whole play pen…We still had 3 pieces left but overall they worked for us well! It’s very convenient to clean as I give my twins snacks and sometimes they drop their bottle in the playpen and all I have to do is wipe it up and you can’t even tell.
