I received the Obsidian Tree and it’s cute. Small and hand held size, the copper wiring used as the tree structure is bendable, which is a nice feature as you can adjust the tree to look exactly how you’d want it to. Even though the wire is flexible, it does not waver underneath the weight of the stones. Plus the box is definitely a keeper if you tend to hoard boxes.

This a review of , “Black Obsidian Crystal Tree Natural Crystals Stone Base Money Tree Copper Wire Chakra Tree Crystals Life Tree Attract Luck Tree for Positive Energy Gemstone Decor Spiritual Gift Meditation” . The “tree” is a set of about 50 or so obsidian polished pieces that are mounted on strands of copper wire in the form of a tree. Since the wires are tightly wound when packed in a small box you can unwind it a a bit and the tree grow out and up a bit. The tree itself is actually only about 5” in height so it is a lot smaller than shown. The base is made out of a black carborundum-type material so it does shed some sand . In spite of its relatively simple design, I found some joy just by looking at this little creation and marveling at the work that went into it to make it very much a small displayable item. The idea is great but I did not like the shoddy glue work that holds the tree to its base . Moreover the base is not totally polished with a sealant . So this is similar to holding a piece of charcoal that leaves some residue behind. Notwithstanding these failings, I felt compelled to give this little gem (or should I say gems?) a neat four star rating .

The Obsidian crystal tree is well made with copper branches and crystals that you can easily bend and fashion into a shape that is suited to your taste. I have put this cute little tree on my kitchen windowsill and it sits there perfectly! The enclosed gift card says Happy Every Day and am hoping this little tree brings even more happiness and health within my home. This little tree is unique and would make an amazing gift for family and friends.

So adorable. Very easy to get it situated. It comes wrapped up but its very nice. Just carefully set it up the way you will enjoy it. I love crystals and stones. also its heavy.

This black obsidian tree of life looks rather different than the picture, even after a lot of manipulation of the branches and crystals. When I pulled it out of the very tiny, tight box it was packed in, the branches were all mashed so close together, I didn't think I would ever get them straightened out. They still don't look quite right to me. It's much tinier than I thought. I took the picture in my hand so you could see how tiny it really it. I do love the idea of it, as obsidian is supposed to be a protective stone, if you believe in all that. I keep it in my office, where most of my stress occurs. I keep trying to reshape it, but it just doesn't want to fluff out much. I don't think they should be mashed and twisted so much to get it into a tiny box.
