This has become my most used workout equipment! I was very skeptical about the ball being attached to the resistance bands, but it actually really works both the inner and outer thighs. I also love that you can remove the ball so you can use the bands on their own or the ball on its own!

As a Pilates Pro I really wanted to love this prop because I use both bands and balls in my classes. I didn't love the combination and didn't love the ball and the band as separate props. The ball is smaller and firmer than the Pilates balls and the loop band has hooks which most don't. The PBall seems to be made of high quality materials and well made. If I would have tried it with a PVOLVE class, I may have experienced the value of it. Questionable.
