The packaging was damaged and items were missing. I literally just had the ball. After googling, I found that I was missing the pump, all info on how to use and info on product.

    • Pilates Pro Opinion: Well made but questionable value
As a Pilates Pro I really wanted to love this prop because I use both bands and balls in my classes. I didn't love the combination and didn't love the ball and the band as separate props. The ball is smaller and firmer than the Pilates balls and the loop band has hooks which most don't. The PBall seems to be made of high quality materials and well made.
