This has become my most used workout equipment! I was very skeptical about the ball being attached to the resistance bands, but it actually really works both the inner and outer thighs. I also love that you can remove the ball so you can use the bands on their own or the ball on its own!

I use this daily and honestly it is comfortable and easy enough to use once I figured out how to use it. Thick Thighs? This might not be as comfortable - so this is why it took me a few tries to find the way it would work best for me. I cant believe I got one of these. It is a great and fun workout. I like to add this to mix it up. I like the variety of the workout and these workouts make me feel strong. Great addition to your exercise routine. Excellent value for the money .

    • Pilates Pro Opinion: Well made but questionable value
As a Pilates Pro I really wanted to love this prop because I use both bands and balls in my classes. I didn't love the combination and didn't love the ball and the band as separate props. The ball is smaller and firmer than the Pilates balls and the loop band has hooks which most don't. The PBall seems to be made of high quality materials and well made. If I would have tried it with a PVOLVE class, I may have experienced the value of it. Questionable. ... show more

The packaging was damaged and items were missing. I literally just had the ball. After googling, I found that I was missing the pump, all info on how to use and info on product.
