I was worried when this arrived because the outside box corners were somewhat crushed. However, the actual product packaging inside the box was implacable! No damage to the pieces. Instructions were easy to follow and I put it together in about 20 min. The only thing I wish was different is for the bottom base to be attached to the base that the helmet sits on. I like the Items I purchased. Putting them together was easy. I bought two of these, One had some small scratches on the acrylic. On the other, the holes didn't line up too well ( pre-drilled holes ). And don't tighten them too tight, you will crack the acrylic.

The pre drilled holes to assemble the case are too big for the screws. Wouldn’t hold together. Fortunately I had some clear silicone so I was able to dip the screws in it and then put them back in the holes. Only reason for 2 stars is it looks nice now that it is put together and it got here quick.

I feel like assembly on this display case was among the trickier, but that's the nature of plexiglass to begin with. The screws are itty bitty tiny little things, and it's also easy to overtighten them and cause a hairline fracture in the plexiglass so be very gentle! Once assembled, it feels as sturdy as possible for a case that does not sit in grooves and the clear top can freely move above the black base. That said, it looks fantastic!
