I was really sad and I wanted at first to just order another one but when I came to read more reviews I noticed this is pretty frequent thing that the bag comes wrinkly. So I came up with the idea of using a heat to fix it. I run my hair dryer on high for a minute till it was really hot and then simply blow on the bag at very close distance at times touching it and just used hand to smooth it and streach a bit form the inside too and in front of my eyes the bag was coming to life. From a bulgy mess to perfectly smooth surface. YEY! Yes, so this is very simple solution to bring the bag back to life. I tried the same method when I once ordered fake flowers for an event that came so sad looking we almost cried but someone came up with the idea to use the dryer and they came back to life too so this is really universal trick so it seems. Bag is beautiful. Bag is spacy. Very well made. Nice inside. It looks a lot like the famous Kate S.. designer bag so much so that aside from few minor details and the fact this is not a leather and the other is it is really esthetically close match. It is not heavy but not feather light either, again I compare it to Kate S bag and it is pretty much the same weight for the same size. It came with the matching money purse which is made of the same material on the outside and inside is beautiful and elegantly clean white. This is a great set of bags. The main bag can easily hold notebooks or a laptop. The wallet has lots of slots and space. The makeup bag is an added plus. Very pleased with the set and price.

The purse is really pretty, the wallet has room for lots of card as well as my phone (Samsung S23). The handle from the wallet has come off though.
