I wanted a purse with wide straps so it be comfortable on my shoulder even with heavy contents. In the winter, my needs are extended to cross body strap so it won't slide off of my parka. Done and done! There are plenty of interior and exterior pockets, some are probably more decorative than actually useful. Now, the negatives - The faux leather is very soft and pliable, but that means that I can't open and close interior zipper compartments without concern of zipper jambing on fabric. Only one of the two interior divisions is large enough for bulky items. That means I can't accommodate kindle,wallet and cellphone in a way that they're easy to extract.
