Product never worked correctly right out of the box. Tested side by side with a working similar device, would read about half the present thc or cbd. Meaning instead of 16% it would list 7-9%. Company has a no return or replace policy. Would suggest searching elsewhere.

So I bought this thing for my cyro trimming business. The start up instructions miss one key point causing set up to take hours. I finally figured it out by Googling forums where others had the same issue and I worked it out. Was able to do ONE sample then it stopped working. Keeps saying "try again"-error code 0x-00150. There is nothing in the trouble shooting guide about this code-and there is no customer support phone number. I have followed the instructions to an absolute T. Now instead of testing my customer's cannabis I am waiting for an email from a support tech. I do believe this is a quality product-but the support and set up instructions are shameful. UPDATE- so support called me back within 5 hours and walked me through performing a reset. Would still be much better with phone support but the product works for extremely well- and has usually been within 1% against known lab samples. Very impressive machine when it works

I purchased this directly from purpl scientific. This device appears to accurate enough for quick potency testing, however the battery goes dead overnight regardless of how long it is charged. Given the cost of this, the battery should last much longer in storage.

Working with this device and app was such a simple process. I found that the results that came up in the app appeared to be within the 2% accuracy range that the company claims the device has! I had worked with another testing device in the past and it wasn’t as high quality as this one.
