These were exactly as described, and just what I wanted! They are not super soft, and do get wrinkly, but each wash adds softness and less wrinkle. I wanted “crisp” sheets, the kind you wash and hang out, and they are crisp and smell fresh. Fit very nicely. Top sheets never ever fit to be tucked in properly in sets, and these don’t either. I usually buy a full fitted and Queen top sheet, but just bought the set this time. I can deal with it! Lol. Color was more intense than I anticipated, which is fine because they’ll fade with time. Love them!

We have a queen Sleep Number bed at our vacation home. The original Sleep Number specially purchased sheets were wearing out and also the narrow strips of corner elastic did not hold the sheets securely. I searched on line and found these sheets. They were advertised as crisp feel like the old-fashioned sheets we remember from days gone by. Further the corners have elastic all the way around so there is no chance of them coming untucked. After several washings, they still fit beautifully. Bear in mind these are not no-iron, wrinkle free sheets which we did not want as they are too soft. Yes, they have wrinkles but they wash beautifully. They stay cool and crisp at night. These are the best sheets I've purchased in a long time.

I Needed an extra set of pillow cases for a spare bedroom but have always been hesitate with buying bed clothes off of Amazon. I also have been attempting to find those great ol' fashion sheet sets my grandma use to use on her beds. Had finally figured out the material was either 100% cotton or percale cotton. I've always used high thread count sheets (because you should, right?), but always wished I could find some truly comfy, cool, but soft sheets(like grandma had). Anyways ordered the king size pillow cases in the mint color (I believe). Shipping was fast as expected and price was reasonable. I washed & dried them up after they were delivered and opened. Washed well, dried well (ran on low, short cycle), removed promptly after drying, and put on both king size pillows. Fit was great (with several inches to spare on length of pillow), winkle free, so very soft and beyond comfy!! The material obviusly isnt silk or satin (which I didn't want it to be), it's cotton or percel cotton and Ohh just so buttery soft! This is the closet feel to my grandma's sheets that I've ever came across so hopefuly I'm on the right track. Never thought I'd enjoy 400 thread count sheets as opposed to my normal 1000 thread count sheet sets. Percal will have wrinkles, this is normal but you can always remove them from the dryer as soon as they are dry and/or use a warm iron or portable steamer. Highly recommend this seller and this product. Will be purchasing entire sheet sets in the future of Percale cotton, 400 thread count.

These are crispy and crinkly, perfectly percale. Just the way I like them and grew up with my grandma b. in the Depression. And they easily cool. I can move my feet around to a cool spot anytime or open the covers for a minute, and voila', cool sheets! They do need many washings to become less scratchy. I have a B0ll & Br@nch percale supima set that I also love which feels like a better, softer thread with the same crisp and cool hand. For those that don't like the wrinkly feature (because these are very wrinkly when they're young), I use one of two tricks. I either pull them out slightly damp and put straight on the bed. Or I jput the dryer on Wrinkle Guard setting and ensure I hang them over a door for 15-30 mins or so while I do other laundry or chores Then fold using the hand smoothing technique. I've purchased sheets and many sets of pillowcases, and I'll keep doing do after countless hours sleuthing for rose pink percale until I found these. I only wish they'd offer a true supima percale and offer replacement pieces on Amazon instead of all sets. These are great value with the better green friendly production promises vs others I found! I'm a fan.

I washed the sheets before using as suggested by the manufacturer, and they came out of the dryer in a very wrinkled state. I put them on the bed and smoothed them as best I could. The. bottom sheet is fine as kit fits snuggly on the mattress and has deep corner pockets and quality elastic bands to keep the sheet in place. The top sheet is wrinkled looking. I am not in the habit of ironing my sheets and pillowcases and won’t start now. I will use them for my own bed but not use them for guests. They are crisp and comfortable however.

These are great summer sheets. They have a nice cool feeling. It’s takes a few washes to get the packing smell out of them and to soften them just a bit but after that they are great. Just note, these are not soft as silk by any means. They are crisp and refreshing though if you are a hot sleeper.

If you are looking for true percale sheets with that crisp feel, look no further. Yes, they wrinkle, that is the nature of percale. The drawbacks are the size of the pillow case and the closure. They advertise the open pillowcase makes it easy to put a pillow in or take it out. Unfortunately, due to the size of the case and the wrinkle factor the edge of the pillow is not covered, sticks out. Offering pillow cases with an envelope closure would make the set a perfect 10.
