My female cat developed a UTI. It was awful for the poor baby. She had to take two different antibiotics to fight it. I gave her medication religiously. The veterinarian gave me a sample of the most expensive urinary support canned cat food. My cat loved it. However, the cost was too high. Therefore, I searched to find something more affordable. This food fit the bill. My cat loves it, it’s working to keep her urinary tract healthy and it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. With the high prices of everything else today, this is important.

Good cat food.
My cat will only eat this line of Purina products and has passed on all other varieties of urinary tract cat foods including the prescription versions. I was lucky to have a vet who said that this product will work in place of the prescriptions, otherwise my cat was looking at a possible another surgery for crystals/stones. It took about a month that her crystals to pass or dissolved and they have not come back for over year. I would recommend this product line to try for cats with calcium oxalate crystal issues.

Picky cat loves the chicken
The chicken is my cats favorite. Gets pricey when used as primary food.

Availability is sketchy
Cat has been eating for almost 10 years. Lost a quantity of fur that hasn't all grown back, when I had to get a different brand due to widespread stock depletion. Always hard to find the right flavors.

My cats has urinary problems and is a very picky eater . First of all so many cans are gravy and some pate form . For some reason he will not touch it . The taste must not be all that appealing to him because he didn't eat much . Wish they could come like fancy feast gravy lovers . I think that's what he was expecting when he took a bite but wasn't impressed by the taste . The last thing is I wish this was a lot more affordable. The price is high for cat food especially since you don't get many cans. I'm still giving it a good rating because for other cats it's probably fine .

Good and Bad
My cat did not like the Chicken Entree and would just lick the gravy and leave the small bits. The cat liked the Beef and Chicken Pate. Very expensive. Hard food is available for urinary tract health and is much cheaper. I do not plan on purchasing this again due to cost and the cat not liking the one flavor.
