My 15 year old skinny cat who has no teeth and is very skinny is very very picky eater, to the point that sometimes I think he's dying so then ill give him chicken gravy baby food through a dispenser. Have tried so many different wet pates, sometimes i'll think he likes one then don't want to touch the stuff the next time but will sit by his food bowl staring at me. Anywho, finally tried this here kitten pate, and he wants two cans at a time. I am ecstatic, he never finished nothing before except maybe the ff gravy centers which are pricey and hard to find ,crossing my fingers he keeps loving this and maybe actually gain a little weight

I have a five month old kitten. Every morning I would watch as she turned her nose up to the expensive brand of kitten food that was recommended to me by the Cattery from where I bought her. It is a brand with a fine reputation and is "grain-free". I would mix a couple of treats in with it...put it on my finger to encourage her but to no avail. When she would eat a bit I would feel so happy. I keep a good quality dry food down for her but knew it was important for her to have wet food. I now realize how finicky cats are and there is no way she will eat what she doesn't want to eat. So I thought I'd better try another brand. Well, this morning I gave her half a can of the Purina Pro Plan Wet Cat Food for Kittens and she gobbled the whole thing up, even licking the dish when she was done. I'm a little concerned because I know this is not "grain-free" but this is the first morning since I have had her that I feel relieved that her little tummy is full...may this continue!!

Our kitten devours this kitten food. We have tried both the tuna and chicken & liver. I prefer the chicken & liver flavor only because my neighbor's cat had kidney issues and the vet indicated that intake of fish should be limited for cats. I like that the cans are smaller in size so that it is not stored in the refrigerator for days and is used the day it is opened. We feed our cat Wellness dry food, but this was one of the only choices of wet kitten food we could find at the local pet store (our cat was unexpected). Since the cat likes it so much and it is not her primary food source we have just continued to purchase the food from Amazon. The price on Amazon is several dollars cheaper per case than at the store (even when the product is on sale).
