My daughters love gymnastics. I got these hoping they would make a fun activity for when they are bored, and they haven't disappointed. Each card gives a different exercise and an amount of reps to do ( or time length or something similar). They are all related to gymnastics and are designed at building strength and flexibility. There is nothing too hard and it keeps them engaged for anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes at a time.

This is a great set of exercise cards. While they are tailored for gymnastics, they work for any type of exercise. I have these storedi n my purse and when the kids are too rambunctious I can pull out the cards and easily come up with things for them to do to get rid of that energy. Each card provides enough instruction to do the exercise if you don't know how already.

These cards are fun. I got these for my niece who does at-home gymnastics. The packaging says that the cards have 3 categories - Warmup, Focused, and Whole Body. None of the cards are labeled by category, so it's hard for her to know which card is for which category. The cards make it fun to play a game and that decides which workouts to do!

I drive for work so hitting a gym isn't really something I can squeeze in. These are great exercise cards that I keep in my rig for when I have a spare few minutes to try to stay active without requiring gym equipment. Shuffle em up pick 3, 5 or however many cards. Repeat cycle 3 times. Easy peasy. Exercises ✔️

These are certainly not intended for a serious gymnast, but the exercises work for anyone, really. (Including serious gymnasts--why not?!) I don't imagine them being used for any serious training, but they are fun as a set of cards to pull out a few exercises. They include some short, fun, bursts of energy that are appropriate for a wide range of skill sets, so they work for the whole family. Definitely a fun addition to your home gym, or to tuck in the car for a quick rest-stop activity on road trips.

These cards are great for training. They are good quality cards with clear instructions and illustrations. They are not necessarily gymnastics-focused, but more of an all-around calisthenics set. While there are some cards focused on warm-ups, some on balance, and some on floor-exercise training, there is nothing to indicate which is which, nor any numbering or ordering of the cards. I do think these could be improved by including the category on the card (or even categorizing them with different colors) and by offering suggested workout orders for beginners or for different training goals.
