Just what my daughter needed to help keep her legs together during her backhand springs. She keeps separating her legs when doing a double, this helps her keep them together. After a few with it on, hers look better without these on. Will need to keep up with using these consistently to see long term results. She is 7 and they fit her, they could fit an adult as well, they are adjustable for ankle size and the strap that connects the two together lets you adjust the length- she will be able to use this for a long time. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I am very happy with this product. The company in general seems to have an organized line of athletic products to help improve performance. My 7 year old daughter thinks these are very comfortable and easy to use. She is specifically using them to improve her muscle memory to keep her legs and feet together during tumbling and bars for gymnastics. I used this for some of my cheerleaders, and it worked very well. It was a little difficult to start like back handsprings due to the fact you feel a little stiff and can’t move. But It worked for keeping their legs together in the end result.
