Absolutely love this down comforter. I did a lot of research and this had everything I wanted. Fluffy, soft, lightweight, and for all seasons. The first night I slept with it I fell asleep very quickly and didn't move the whole night. I slept so good I didn't want to get up in the morning. Very well made and worth the money. It's the perfect size for my cal king bed. I just wish I bought the right size duvet cover because it's a little bigger than the comforter. I thought it wouldn't be that big of a difference but it is so I'm now searching for the right size cover. I really do feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud, with a cloud, and under a cloud. This down comforter is the bomb! I live in a cold, snowy climate, and I am cold all of the time. I have always loved down products for their ability to keep me warm. This down comforter, which is 93% goose down, is no exception. It is lightweight and warm! All I have on my bed is 100% cotton sheets and this comforter, and I was toasty and warm from the first use! It's a keeper for sure. It comes out of the packaging very flat - don't let that disappoint you. I put mine in my dryer for 30 minutes with a couple of new tennis balls, and when I opened the dryer door, the entire dryer was filled with the puffiness of the comforter. When i pulled it out it was nice and fluffy. Carrying it to my bedroom, I already began to feel it's warmth on my arms. And sleeping under it is not too warm either. I love the 800 fill power of this high-end comforter! It is well worth every penny I paid for it. ... show more

There is a big difference between feathers and down!! Feathers will keep you warm, but down( and this is 70%down) will hug you so softly and lightly that you fall asleep feeling like you are floating in the perfect cloud! If you are a cold sleeper, jump on this deal… you won’t be sorry!

I've had my new comforter for about 2 months. It is fabulous. Waited to use it to leave a good review. It is luxuriously full of down and has a good weight to it. The fabric is soft and smooth - very comfortable against my skin and I'm a fabric snob. Trust your original instincts and give this a try before you stop yourself from enjoying it! I was nervous about spending so much on an item that can have so many variables. It is legit and worth every penny. When it arrived, the packaging was so light and compact that I almost returned it without even giving it a try. I am SO Glad that I pushed through that and gave it a chance! I gifted this down comforter to myself as a self-birthday present. I am turning 50 years old and I have decided to pamper myself in regards to sleep. Generally, I have never slept well and we spend 1/3 of our lives in the sleeping arena. I spent around $15k on this project. King Sized Purple 4 Mattress, Automated bed frame,"Down and Feather" brand Feather bed ($3500), Goose feather pillows,($200e) top quality spun silk pillowcases and 1500 thread Turkish cotton sheets... etc. This comforter is So light and it took me a moment to adapt to the cloud-like feeling. I was used to heavy blankets. This product provides the exact warmth and also coolness that reminds me of my "Smartwool" apparel. I find myself sleeping better with the ability to stay comfortable in any type of ambient temperature. The tuffed pockets show it all. I've included a photo of how fluffy the pockets are, after 48 hours of decompression.. The 93% Goose Down holds my warmth but never overheats. The light feeling is too hard to describe. We needed a new comforter for our new bed, and my husband, since he was a little kid, had always loved feather pillows and feather comforters. I decided that I would find a really nice feather or down comforter as a present for him since he let me pick out the bed of my dreams. So I looked through all the different lightweight feather comforters and chose one and my husband loved it but I didn't like the crinkly sound it made and I didn't think it was fluffy enough or soft enough but he liked it so we kept it. I decided to just look and see what you would get for the highest price range in feather comforters from Amazon. To check out a heavier type of feather comforter or a very expensive one since the first one had been about $150, kind of mid-range price. So for fun I looked at the top of the line only down all year round comforter. I've never spent $450 for a blanket in my life but I decided I just had to see what it was like. I got the oversized King and when it came and we opened it and and put it on the bed it was amazing! It just kept poofing up and poofing up and it had no crinkle sound! it had the softest most wonderful fabric so we both decided to get under it and try it and it was like being in heaven. It was larger than a normal King comforter which was great but this blanket truly is the most wonderful thing I've ever slept under in my life! We bought an oversized duvet cover in the thousand count Egyptian fabric which the comforter was made out of and we got the pinch plate so it would look like the original blanket and the duvet cover is absolutely amazing and made the comforter even better. I just don't want to ever get out of bed anymore. It doesn't crinkle, it's so soft, it has the best medium weight so you have that feel of being safe and that pressure but it's soft and light on you. Definitely put a cover over it because its white and it has to be dry cleaned. can't say anything more that makes this sound any better, but if you can spend the money to buy it, I would say grab it!
