The sheets and duvet are nice, packaged beautifully. This is the first time I ever splurged on expensive sheets and a duvet. But the customer service I received was awful and I am extremely disappointed in both Pure Parima and Amazon. I would have purchased these sheets again...but. I accidentally ordered two duvet sets and only needed one. I immediately reached out to Amazon so I didn't have to return one set, who reached out to Pure Parima and they cancelled one Duvet ($262.50 with tax). They shipped one but still billed me for both. When I pointed this out, I was told needed to go to Amazon for the refund, Amazon told me they don't do refunds for third-party sellers, that Pure Parima must refund me. I was sent back and forth and 30 days passed and now I'm being told you only have 30 days for a refund. So I am out and now my $262.50 duvet set cost me $525.00. So beware if you want to return anything because you will totally get the runaround from them. ... show more

I love this fine quality cotton, very nice and silky. The problem with a large duvet cover, much bigger than a king duvet, is that the duvet slides around a lot. As a result, I've got essentially a bedspread, with a duvet that slides so much half the time I'm only covered with the cover, and the duvet itself has slipped completely on my husband's side of the bed.
