It was smaller than I expected but don't let that fool you, it packs a punch. I am a moderate to severe allergy sufferer and to top that off I travel with my husband in his semi-truck. I am exposed to all climates and environments and always exposed to diesel fuels. I noticed an immediate change in our sleeper cab. It sits on a little shelf near my head and every night I sleep more soundly than ever. The small compact size makes it easy to incorporate in an already space compromised area. I go on long car camping trips (like my two month trip this summer) with my pup. Between the dog & cooking in the back, this little air purifier did the job. (Phew, dog farts can really stink up a car!) I got it on a whim from reviews and figured if it did not work, not a big financial loss. But I am quite pleased. Not sure how long it will last between changing filters. I run it 2-3 times a day. Once usually while I am driving. This little air scrubber is currently doing a great job of filtering the air in a small place where clean air is an absolute must. I leave it plugged in and it runs nicely the entire night through. No dust enters the space - only clean air. I have it set up to blow directly into the air intake for that space so I know the air quality is good and any nasty VOCs are removed by the activated charcoal filters. Its HEPA filter does the rest. This air purifier was purchased primarily for use at work. The size makes it especially nice as it's easy to have on the desk without taking up workspace. The rechargeable feature is also nice since it doesn't need an outlet to operate. It has made a positive difference with some respiratory challenges experienced at work before having this air purifier. I also actually like the fan noise, especially on the high setting, as for me, it is a natural sound that is better than silence. The handle also serves as a stand, which is a clever added feature, and the 5-year warranty provides some assurance, particular for those experiencing issues early after purchase.
