I purchased it to consume and have had NO PROBLEMS since I received it. I consume about 4 tablespoons full per week. I keep the opened bottle in the refrigerator just to keep it as fresh as possible. In my opinion this is a VERY responsible brand. I have purchased their products in the past with NO problems.
