Received this for Mother’s Day and it’s perfect. I love how easy it is to set up, and that I’m able to adjust the settings from my phone. I love that there is a light on it when it is turned on. Once you finally set up the app to get your Pura to work, you have the option of scheduling when it will shut on and off. However, that scheduling does not work. It does not shut off automatically and you have to remember to go shut it off in order for the scent to stop. Also, if your schedule for it to go on every day at a certain time that does not work. So you have to set a timer to remind yourself to turn it on and off. Also, when you purchase this product and find out that it does not work for the set timers and schedules, you are unable to return it, so you were just out the money. In addition, the spelling, the smell of this is not good. The green one doesn’t smell very strong at all and I have the setting turned all the way up. The orange one is a strong smell but not a good one.

ETA: While the product wasn’t eligible for a refund, the seller reached out after seeing that my product arrived damaged and fixed the problem. I will be buying more scents thanks to their customer service, and the product itself is very nice! Original review: I bought this as a gift; the item arrived one day later than it was supposed to, but that was fine. The diffuser is great, but unfortunately one of the two scents arrived spilled in the package. Amazon doesn’t allow returns or replacements of the item, either. So the gift itself was a bit disappointing since half the scents were unusable.

I just finished a review on a different scent for this product that I unfortunately only gave 3 stars. These scents are a totally different story, though. Both of these smell so fresh! The diffuser is also excellent. It lets you program a schedule and intensity, so your house smells great, but it’s not headache inducing like some of the other plug-ins tend to be.

I bought this a couple weeks ago and set it up and set my schedule. I really enjoyed it UNTIL the company randomly decided they would only let people set the schedule with a minimum one hour at a time usage. My original schedule had some increments of less than one hour because this is the way I wanted it! When I contacted the company they gave me a lame answer "As we've done testing, we've seen that it takes upwards of an hour for a fragrance to fill a space and have made the decision to remove the option to set schedules for less than an hour". This is such a scam. This is a monetary decision on their part. First of all, how do they know if the fragrance has filled my "space'? What's the point in giving people the ability to create a schedule if you are going to put limitations on it? Why do they care how long I run it? This product is a good product but it is pricey and because of that they need to let their customers decide how they want to use it. if not for this bad decision on their part I would have given a 5 star review.
