We are enthusiastic about good taste and organic, respondent products. Ordered this bottle lay week to try with some mezzes, appetizers and my signature fresh mozzarella salad. You almost taste the olives with a tasteful touch. Not too bitter! Worthwhile to mention the bottle, which is very easy to hold for a gentle wrist. It arrived today and I could not wait to try it after reading all the reviews, it did not disappoint. I used my microwave popcorn popper and then drizzled the oil on top and the flavor was magnificent, so much better than any that I even purchased in Italy and Greece. I highly recommend it.

This is a buttery olive oil. Pale yellow color with subtle herb finish. This is not a full flavor olive oil nor is it fruity. I did enjoy it's light refined flavor and taste. There is no acid nor peppery aftertaste at all. Nice.
