I wore these for both cardio and weight lifting and I'm very impressed. The soft design gave room for swelling after a long gym day. I normally wear an 8.5 but after reading some reviews I went a size down with a size 7.5 and that was another good call on my part. Love the shoes, only issue is they are tight and my foot is right at the front. I believe I got a 9.5.... should have gotten a 10. I don't have fat feet so idk why they are so tight.
