I bought these Puma big kid's shoes for everyday use, expecting decent quality for the price. Unfortunately, they started falling apart almost immediately. 🧵 Insole detached within a month, making them uncomfortable to wear. 👟 The front of the shoes began disintegrating, which is unacceptable for such a well-known brand. 🎨 Color faded quickly, giving the shoes a worn-out look far too soon. ❓ Makes me wonder if this was a knock-off or just poor-quality control. I’ve attached pictures to show the damage. Puma usually delivers reliable products, but this pair was a letdown. Since it past a month, Amazon does not allow return. I am checking with Puma customer service and would update here. Update 18-July-2025 Reached out to Puma support and they asked to connect with Amazon support. Reached out to Amazon in chat and they printed me a return label and will process refund once they receive the item. ... show more

The back loop broke after wearing just a few times. They also had no stretch at all the first time. They did eventually loosen up to where my son could get them on and off by himself. He also found them uncomfortable during this time. Otherwise they are nice shoes
