This is replacing my original one I bought several years ago that finally was time to retire. For me the design/placement and sizes of the different zippered compartments and mesh side pockets were perfect for what I am usually carrying. Same with the overall size. Never realized it was considered a kids backpack when I initially bought the first one but worked for me as a 5'8" adult very sturdy and great quality. very comfortable fit. not stiff but also keeps its form. used my first one for ~3 years. I only received my backpack today, but I am giggling like a 7th grader. The compartments are spacious. I am sooooo looking forward to going to work tomorrow with my twin pumas. Hopefully, this backpack is sturdy and will last a long time. I am very happy with my purchase.
