I bought these Puma big kid's shoes for everyday use, expecting decent quality for the price. Unfortunately, they started falling apart almost immediately. 🧵 Insole detached within a month, making them uncomfortable to wear. 👟 The front of the shoes began disintegrating, which is unacceptable for such a well-known brand. 🎨 Color faded quickly, giving the shoes a worn-out look far too soon. ❓ Makes me wonder if this was a knock-off or just poor-quality control. I’ve attached pictures to show the damage. Puma usually delivers reliable products, but this pair was a letdown. Since it past a month, Amazon does not allow return. I am checking with Puma customer service and would update here. Update 18-July-2025 Reached out to Puma support and they asked to connect with Amazon support. Reached out to Amazon in chat and they printed me a return label and will process refund once they receive the item. ... show more

My 10 year old loves these shoes. He had to have a pair like his older brother. They are well made and the soles have excellent traction and firm grip on slippery floors. He wears them almost every day.
