It was perfect for the flight when it got chilly in the cabin. It was perfect for eating in chilly restaurants. Sometimes I wore it how it's intended with the button, and sometimes I had it draped just over my elbows like a shawl/pashmina thing. This poncho is a very handy and stylish piece of clothing to wear on a chilly summer/late spring night or day. The fabric is soft and pleasant to touch. I bought the Barley Twist and love this light, rich and neutral color that goes with everything. This poncho feels to me like a universal piece of clothing as it looks equally good on a fancy long evening dress, a jeans-and-t-shirt outfit, and everything in between. Weird uneven length!

I love the color and the feel. If only it wasn't short on one side and short in the back. They missed the mark on the bottom of what could have been a perfect shawl/ cape.
