It was definitely worth the money and easy to put together. My goats would lay on top while our dog laid inside of it. Probably a 80 pound goat! Well the big boy goat maybe 100-120 ish pound goat tried to jump on top one part of the roof collapsed. Dogs still use it. Just one part of the roof missing! Definitely durable though! ... show more

I do love the house. It’s a great size for my growing retriever pup. I just received it with a broken roof panel but customer service was great and went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved.

First of all if you live in a hot climate do not attempt to put this together when it is hot because it will not stay together just falls apart. I bought this for my 2 Aussie puppies after they tried to remodel the dog house that I bought for them 2 weeks ago that was made out of wood. I got it very fast but it was a very warm day around 90 degrees and every time I would push the panels in they would just drop out because the plastic was so warm almost hot after tying for an hour to put it together per the instructions I said I will do this my way. I would put the screws in after I installed the side to the roof. I did this for each side as well as the front and back. This made the installation much easier on me and made the dog house more sturdy and easier for me to move around. I did all of this in my dogs kennel which is quite large 12 feet long by 6 feet wide and has a metal roof over half of the kennel because of the size of the dog house I knew it would not fit through the door of the kennel. It was light enough for me to put on the pallets without any trouble and to my surprise the 2 Aussies puppies seem to like it much better than the previous one because they both now can look out the door opening while still in the dog house. It is not insulated just thin plastic but I make sure my puppies are well protected against the elements. ... show more

The walls seem good enough and sturdy unfortunately the base is Cheap and of thin plastic. The rooftop is also not so sturdy. If you really need a waterproof house do not purchase this!! since day one water gets into the house, it builds a puddle in the middle of the house, and no it is not the angle or the place where the home is I have moved it numerous times it is just not waterproof as it is promoted😣 ... show more
