Honest Review, this IS a protein ranch. There IS a slight "protein flavor", so expect that. That being said, it IS REALLY GOOD and I am so happy with this product! Great flavor with even better macros. The high protein and low calorie content is prime! The ingredients are real and it has that great ranch flavor. I made mine by blending it with cottage cheese. Don't skip the lemon juice in the instructions, it does cut some of the protein, and I added extra FairLife 2% Milk (extra protein!) until it was as runny as I like. If you follow the recipe exactly, it will be more of a Ranch Dip texture.

Mix it with Greek yogurt for a great protein boost,.. dip your veggies and wings in this… it’s a bit salty, so if you have high BP, be careful.

I’ve been using this dip mix and my family loves it. Especially my 5 yr old granddaughter. I wanted to have a healthier dip since she eats so much of it! I usually use Greek yogurt or sour cream or some times half of each! So good!
