I work for Apple as technical support via chat. I work a 4x10 schedule which means for 4 days a week 10 hours a day I'm staring at a computer screen. When I'm not doing that, I'm on my phone, or watching TV, or reading on my kindle. It's all screens all the time. I don't suffer from headaches or anything like that, but considering my entire life is surrounded by screens, I thought that maybe I'm experiencing symptoms that I'm not even aware of. I had gotten a pair of the chunkier frame options floating around Amazon, and it really just does NOT fit my face so I decided to get these as they were showing as the Best of the best by Amazon editors. I have to say WOW! There is a huge difference between the cheaper pair ($17) and these. When I would put the glasses off and back on with the other pair I could barely tell the difference. Apple devices have Night Shift so I know what it's supposed to look like with proper blue light blocking. Putting the Prospekt's on was incredibly better, and they look great. I will be wearing these as much as possible!! They do seem less sturdy than the others so be careful, I still recommend them. NOTE: If you found my review helpful please vote it as helpful below. These are really good! Initially when I realized I had a light sensitivity, I went through the Optometrist and all..paid a pretty penny for my glasses and frames. And they still gave me a headache from time to time. My days are spent in front of a computer, but I have a hard time in stores with the fluorescent lighting, watching newer model tvs and all. Knowing what I need I was able to locate glasses this time to help me out but less expensive! These are great! Light weight, flexible, fashionable. My favorite is that they don't have that yellowy look to the lens...its actually reflective blue at different angles, otherwise they are clear. My only issue is the more narrow frame than I could tell from the photo. I just prefer a larger lens because I don't like the frame in my peripheral and like the look better. But it really isn't that bad. In my picture...see the reflective blue...that's from my computer screen and the lights above. It's cool...just reflects the blue rays away from my eyeballs, whoop whoop! Great, great buy for the price!

I rarely write reviews, but feel so strongly about these that I made it a point to come back with a review. I've had them for about 4 days so far. Typically I'm at a computer, under fluorescent lights, for 8 hours a day, then go home and sit in front of the computer for another 4-6 hours in the low light of my living room. (part time graphic designer) Last week my eye felt like sandpaper and were unusually bloodshot. Started looking up side effects of eye strain and had them all. Ordered these and started wearing them any time I was in front of a screen. By the second and third day I could feel a noticeable difference. In fact, I'm NOT a morning person and I swear I'm waking up easier in the morning and sleeping better at night. The morning this was especially unexpected, it usually takes an act of God to drag me out of bed some days and I don't shake off the sleep for a few hours. Now I'm waking up when the alarm goes off and feeling more alert in the morning than I have in years. Can't be 100% sure these glasses are related, but it's the only thing I've done differently lately. I'm small statured, so I ordered a second paid in the smaller size because these regulars feel just a tiny big bit. If I look down at the floor, they start to fall. Will keep the big ones at home and keep the smaller ones at work for daytime use. Would love to see some half frame options, but otherwise pleased with the look.

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. I have suffered from light sensitivity and dry eyes for what seems like forever, or at least that's what I thought I was suffering from. I would take allergy medicine daily, Restasis morning and night, drops throughout the day, etc. I sit in front of a computer all day. I have seen several different eye doctors that have prescribed me Restasis over the years. None of them ever suggested something like this. One day I remember some blue glasses that I had tried close to 10 years ago for a doctor trial, so I decided to look them up. They are pretty expensive and I had lasik sometime back so I didn't need an Rx pair of glasses, so i decided to get on Amazon and ended up on these. UNBELIEVABLE! I have not used Restasis since I got them and I don't think about putting drops in my eyes throughout the day. I truly believe my issue has a lot to do with flourescent lights as my eyes really bother me in malls, grocery stores and there just happens to be flourescent lights above my desk and have been at probably every place that I have worked. So, in a nutshell, I am in love with these glasses and when I have a little extra moolah, I am going to get a backup pair so I can use them at home (I am too scared to take them home with me right now because I am afraid I will forget them and now I cannot work without them)! As others have said, they give a slight yellow tint to everything, but it is very pleasant as things are too bright for me without them. They are stylish, as well. I have gotten quite a few compliments on them. Thank you Spektrum!

Love these glasses! I wanted blue light emitting glasses to help with my severe headaches. I can also feel a difference in the way my eyes feel at the end of the day. I'm on the computer for 8 hours a day 6 days a week, and am looking at my phone screen all day as well. The glasses came with an ultra thin case and a cloth. The lens have a blue glare but isn't noticeable when wearing them. I really like that they have a slight bit of magnification to them. When I was searching for a pair of glasses, I had a hard time finding the actual measurements, so for that very reason, I have included pictures of them so that others can get a feel of how they will fit on them. This was a great buy and I am glad I took the chance on these. Will be buying a second pair.
