All four sticks are straight and look well made. Per photos, you can see the tips were not properly manufactured and look like someone took a pocketknife to them for shaping. Also, one stick's wrap has a defect, as seen in photo. Received these yesterday from Amazon, reaching out to Prosniper today via info@prosniper.com and here seeking resolution. Will update as this develops. Made contact via Prosniper Facebook page via Messenger after one day. They immediately said they would send another set. The new set arrived today and are much better. Tips are good. Wraps are good. Very minor wood chip on one stick where butt cap is attached, and another on a different stick where tip attached. All four are very true, and play nicely. Great value for cost. Upgraded from 3 to 4 stars, would be 5 except for minor chips. Definitely a 5 for customer service. ... show more

These pool cues are just what my family needed! We don't play professionally obviously, only for fun, but these are great quality. They are straight and level and super smooth. Good grip, has a string material for better grip. Color graphics are nice and appealing. Solid weight with weighted ends on the sticks and made from smooth Maplewood. Fit and finish is nice, smooth, and simple 2 pieces screw together solid.
