These shoes are some of the most comfortable walking shoes I’ve worn. I usually wear Asics. I wanted these for an upcoming trip to Europe. They are lightweight and the Mary Jane style allows a bit control over their width. I have narrow feet and bought the normal width. Unfortunately, the way they’ve attached the velcro on the strap limits how much you can loosen these shoes. I included a picture to show the small leather area which is the only part of the strap that can be used to adjust the strap. If you try to bend the Velcro around the metal loop, it won’t reach to grab the Velcro it attaches to and you’ll step out of the shoe. I hope my feet don’t swell during a day of walking, because I would need to make them looser and there’s not much room for that. The material allows a lot of air circulation, which is good in warm weather, but did make my feet a little cold trying them out at the end of winter. It would also allow your feet to get wet. It is great for my hammer toe, though. It has give. All that being said, maybe if I returned them for a wide I would solve the problem. Unfortunately, since they are comfortable for normal daily use I have worn them a bunch and can’t return them!

I'm getting ready to embark on a European vacation and so I needed walking shoes; I thought these combined cuteness with comfort giving me an option other than regular tennis shoes. First impression: Oh my gawd, they're so light! Yup, they really are. 2nd impression: If they're so light will they be sturdy enough for all day walking? And yup, they really are that too! I wore them for a couple of hours a for a couple of days when they first arrived to start breaking them in - and honestly, they didn't really need it....they were ready to go. Then this past weekend I decided to give them the real test and I wore them all day as I ran errands.....I left my house at noon and returned at 7:00pm, among my many travels around town I ended up at the local mall and walked the length of it twice! By the time I got home my feet were NOT killing me. They were tired, because I was on them all day, but I had no blisters, and they were not in pain. AND, I wore them as is, no socks, just foot on shoe :-) . Now, my reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because there is a bit of wiggle room in them. I'm a 12M/regular and they fit a little bit big, not lengthwise or width wise, but depthwise if that makes sense. It's not horrible, and I can wear these without socks and have no problem (like I did this last weekend, though my tootsies did get a little sweaty), but I have chosen instead to wear low/no-show socks and also insert a Dr. Scholls comfort insole to take up the extra slack - and this combination, is great! I am happy I got them and touring around Barcelona will be a breeze because I won't have to worry about my feet hurting. As for arch support? It's not superior, it's decent, but I don't think I'm a person who really needs a lot so it's not something I readily noticed.

Propet Women's Travelactiv Mary Jane Fashion...Size 6.5. These shoes were very light and could have been comfortable, but inside the shoes the material had places where it was rubbing, so I sent back. I am looking for a cute pair of walking shoes that have Arch Support and can go long distances walking without giving blisters. These Propet Women's Travelactiv Mary Jane Fashion...Size 6.5. would have given me blisters had I tried to take them on a long walk over 2 miles, which I do daily. So, I returned these with no trouble. To help others with this shoe Propet Women's Travelactiv Mary Jane Fashion...Size 6.5. I usually wear a 6.5 B. and occasionally I have to go up to a size 7 B. I do not have fat feet, but the widest part of my foot is 4 inches, while the length of my foot is 9.3/9.4 Inches long. It's pretty slender and I have high arches with plantar fasciitis right in the middle of my arches, so I need a soft supportive support for those arches. These shoes did not have that. They were cute and if it wasn't for the rubbing that would have caused blister next to little toes and heal these might have been a great shoe. So, I am giving them at least 3 stars. They do seem to work for some feet. Amazon has a wonderful return policy, so it makes it work while trying them on and sending them back, if they don't fit right.

Perfect fir for my EEW (extra extra wide feet with bunions. Absolutely comfortable. Lightweight. Stylish. Thank you. Update: I love, love, love the comfort, the lightweight and everything else about this footwear. They are also noiseless on wood floors. I have purchase four different colours already - keep going back for another pair. I usually take size 10EE or Extra Extra Wide. This shoe in size 10 4E is perfect for my feet.

Who are an attractive, Mary Jane style, can walk and stand a lot longer than with my expensive tennis shoes. Support is middle of the road,Not leather, but a fabric and wears well with socks or without. I would recommend the purchase of these shoes.
