This is my first time buying this brand and I have to say so far I'm impressed. I'm typically a size 8M in boots, actually in most footwear with the exception of hiking footwear 8 1/2. I bought these in a size 7 W and 7 1/2 W, because I want a roomy toe box. The 7 1/2 W fit best for me (as the 7 was a tad too short), and the wide width is roomy but not so much so that my foot slides around. I've worn these with thin socks and thicker socks. Both work well with the thicker socks leaving less wiggle room in the toe box but not uncomfortablly so or tight feeling. I also laced these so that I can take them on and off without untying them and little effort to pull them on and off. Even when doing this with thinner socks they didn't flip/flop around like they might come off nor did they rub anything raw. These are very comfortable, stylish and warm. They also fit under my hiking pants (No. Face Aphrodite & Eddie Bauer) without looking hideously bulky. I do however wish they made these with a side zipper then these would be perfect. Also, these are comfortable on their own but, I did try them with an insert which felt weird even though it fit so there is room to add an insert. The boots seem to be of good quality and craftsmanship. The color is true to photos dark grey with the cuff fur having some brownish flecks in it. The fabric detail on the back is black, grey and white and it's treated to keep it water repellant/waterproof. It stayed dry in two hours of consistent rain, so there's that. Some reviews complained of these being heavy (which I did not find to be true), and that the tongue was uncomfortable (which I did not experience either) but that may have been due to ordering a wide width instead of my usual medium or standard width. Overall, I highly recommend these especially if you can get them on sale as I did. I will not hesitate to buy Propet shoes/boots again. Sorry for the long detailed review but I always appreciate detailed reviews to try and guess right the first time and avoid the hassel of returns, only to find they're out of stock or not on sale anymore. These fit true to size. I wear a 7 and these fit great with room for thick socks. They feel very sturdy and kept my feet warm in cold conditions. The lining is luxurious and the whole boot is nice looking too! Update: l wore these to walk through a foot of snow and go sledding. I did wear snow pants over them. They stayed warm and dry the whole time. So happy I found them.

I am not as nimble as I used to be and need boots that provide stability and comfort. My feet have "issues" like bunions along with funky toes. The toe box is great for my wide feet. This boot provides a lot of stability and saved me from slipping while shoveling and walking the dog. It takes some effort to get them on, but I leave the laces a bit loose and then slip into them without having to unlace the whole boot. I also added my orthotic insert and they fit really well. Are warm enough for the activities I mentioned. Can't vouch for warmth if in constant cold or snow for hours. But overall a great boot.

Very cute. Very cozy.The fuzzy lining inside the boot made the 6 XW too snug so I’ll likely try to find it again on sale in a size 6.5 XW next. Keep in mind with the thicker, fuzzy lining and if you may wear a thicker boot sock, you may need to adjust sizing to longer/wider to accommodate.

I got these boots as I prepared for a trip to EU in Feb. I knew it would be raining or snowing in all my stops (Belgium, Netherlands, Germany and UK). I have a wide foot and often have trouble (esp online) finding a boot that will fit me well. I bought these mostly because they offered wider widths and half sizes. I bought a width that is LARGER than I would normally get because that was the only one in stock for the color I wanted (which matched my coat! ha). When they arrived I was pleased at the design, the faux fur make them look really cute. The berry color was great and the softness of the boot, along with the solid rubber construction was awesome. When I put them on, they were a little too big. I felt my heel slipping and I did not feel any arch support. However, once I put my insole/insert into the shoe (I did not remove anything from the boot), they fit like a dream. The lace up on it allowed me to tighten down the areas that felt loose. They were large enough for me to wear thick socks with them to stay warm. My insole made them comfortable enough to walk all over 4 countries comfortably, and even stomp around in puddles! I really like this purchase and I'm glad I took the chance

I love these boots!! They are soft and furry inside. They fit my super wide feet and ankles with room enough to wear thick wool socks. The boots had good grip and laces were very adjustable. Feet weren't cold at 25 degrees Fahrenheit.
