I don't usually use quite a full pack for the suggested amount of water, I like mine a little bit less flavorful. Which means I usually get two drinks out of one packet, which is great. I drink a lot of water. About 2 gallons per day, because of some meds I take. My doctor recommended I include electrolytes in it to maintain proper balance in my system. This does the trick perfectly. Also significantly less expensive than most other electrolytes and much better flavor. I barely taste the salts. The flavors are artificial, as is the sweetener, which is not great, but the natural ones are too expensive when I use so much. Watermelon and cherry mix easily. The grape takes a little more effort to get completely dissolved. Also, they recently fixed the tubes so they are easier to tear open. In the end, these aren’t perfect, but they’re the best option I’ve found. ... show more

This product comes in several flavors, and the small foil pouches it comes in are very small and lightweight, so you can have several in a pocket or purse. I have always avoided drinking boring, flavorless water, unfortunately choosing sugar-laden soft drinks, instead. When i recently completed donating blood, the technician told me to drink plenty of water over the next couple of days. When i said i wasn’t much of a water drinker, because it was tasteless, he showed me some flavored Propel packets and i chose Black Cherry and poured it into the top of the bottle of water; recapped the bottle and gently swirled it around. The Propel instantly and completely dissolved in the water, without even changing the color of the water very much. I was surprised at how good the water tasted after adding the Propel to it. Not only did it give me the incentive to drink the entire bottle of water, but it also helped to know that it was good for me ~ not only the extra water i will now drink, but the fact that i am also getting electrolytes in each bottle of water i drink. I stopped at the grocery store on the way home and bought a box of Propel packets. For anyone who doesn’t care for drinking plain water, i honestly recommend getting some Propel packets! I purchased these for my son who's a flight instructor. Being in a small aircraft all day can be quite challenging to stay cool and hydrated. He packs these along with a huge jug of ice water.     • Great alternative to the bottled Propel

UPDATE** I was having trouble getting the powder to dissolve all the way and distribute the flavor all throughout the bottle, and I solved my problem. First, you need to know I use these in a 32 oz. cup, so I use 2 packets. I empty the packets in the empty cup and fill the cup about 1/4 full of water and swirl, swirl, swirl. Then I fill it about 1/2 full and do the same thing. Then I finish filling it with water and stir. This seems to distribute the flavor better and I get consistent flavor through the drinking of the whole cup. If you're using a larger cup, too, I hope this helps you! -------------------------- I'd been ordering the bottled Propel water for many months and was spending a fortune as I drink exclusively Propel water. I decided to try these powder packets to save money and crossed my fingers I'd like these as well as the bottled water. I'm not disappointed! Yay. These powder packets open easily. You just add water and stir. I will say it takes a bit to get this powder to dissolve all the way. A little extra stirring is no biggie, especially since I'm saving so much money vs. the bottles. I think you get a little more of the flavor with these powder packets. You get 50 packets per box, 4 different flavors (you get 2 grape flavor). I like all the flavors, thank goodness, but my favorite is raspberry lemonade which isn't available in bottles. If you like Propel water in the bottles and are looking to save some money, this powder is a good way to go. ... show more
