The first one is dead after about a year, another, after about a year, killed the batteries by injecting a high voltage in them.     • BEWARE ! The AC plug is not a common American plug.
This product requires a special AC adapter. It comes with an "international" type AC plug. Of course this was not disclosed in the Amazon description. No hint that an adapter is needed ! ProMariner told me that they can't control their resellers from misleading customers !!!!!!

Quit working after 12 months. Will only "analyze" and will not charge. This is a lot of money for an anchor. Very unhappy.
