I got this for my 92-year-old Mom with bad arthritis. It got so bad sometimes she doesn't want to move and, for her that is the difference between independent living and a nursing home. This product helps. I noticed her mobility and pain improve over the course of a week. It seems to have a residual effect. Don't expect it to help overnight. Give it three or four days and then evaluate its effect. I hope that this combined with arthritis strength Tylenol will be enough to manage her pain without prescription pain meds. She tolerates it well and her range of motion and overall mobility is improved.

I've had chronic hip pain for 6 months or so due to overuse and mild arthritis. This supplement took me from a 7 to a 1, pain wise. I've been taking 2 in the morning and 2 at night which is a little less than the recommended dose for the first few days. as I am a small person. After 2 days I already noticed a difference! After three days, I was amazed at how good I felt. I'm sleeping better too with the pain diminished to almost nothing. Thank you!

After taking 3 capsules per day for 2 weeks, I am already feeling a positive difference. In my case, as long as I keep moving, I'm ok, BUT after I hit a certain age a year ago, every time I sat down to rest, then got back up, I felt like THE TIN MAN from the Wizard of Oz for a couple minutes before I could start moving normally again. It was frustrating! So, THANKS to this supplement, I am feeling much improvement and will continue taking!

Some relief is better than none; Have taken for several months. Initially felt more relief, reduced from 4 to 2 capsules after 3 months, but shortly afterwards increased to 3 for maintenance level, which is waning quickly, without much improvement. I’ll finish the product I have but will not reorder. To take 6 capsules + daily would be cost prohibitive.
