I absolutely love these shoes, but keep two things in mind. They run small, so go up a half size if you want to wear them with or without socks, and they're a bit heavy. I returned the first pair without any issues and got a half size up. They are genuine leather and warm. The inside feels a bit stiff at first, but they're molding to my feet the more I wear them. I have a high arch, and I haven't had any issues with my feet hurting, so I think the support is fine, but I also sit or stand at my desk at work. I can't tell you how they would feel if I had to walk all day in a retail situation. They're easy to slip on and off, and I love that the sole is thicker and treaded. The top is definitely flexible and doesn't feel tight. I suggest spraying them to protect the suede from stains. Anyway, I usually don't buy shoes online because it's hard to tell if they'll fit. It's definitely easier to get it right with an open-backed shoe. I'll be buying more from this brand! ... show more

Loved the color and look of these shoes. The problem I had with the shoe was the length. They were just a little bit, about an 1/8th of an inch, too short. Just enough to make the part at the shoe heel rub and aggravate the heel of my foot. In other words, my foot hung over the shoe at the back. Extremely uncomfortable with every step. They were the exact look I was hoping for--casual yet nice enough to appear dressy with slacks for a nice dinner out. Hated to return, but necessary. I really like these shoes. But, the reason I gave 4 stars was. In the right shoe. Where they made the sole, and base of the shoe. And, where it was sewn, or however it is attached. There was the edge of the shoe that ran all the way down the right side of my foot on the inside of the shoe. Now, I’m sure that doesn’t happen a lot. But, they weren’t cheap. There was another cheap brand I was buying. But, I would wear them a lot. They just only last about 3 months in way of comfort. But, they are still very wearable. Just not all day anymore . That’s what I was hoping to find in the brand. Longer lasting cushion in the soles. They were comfortable everywhere, except. Right along the left side of the shoe where my foot was rubbing the pointing of the edge of that sole. I was going to send them back. But, I thought they would get softer after a few days. These are so cute. Perfect height and just what I was looking for. Only problem is they are so big they wouldn’t stay on my foot. I’m a size 9 and they were perfect in length but so ‘roomy’ that they fell off. I tightened the straps as tight as I could but we all know leather stretches so that wouldn’t have worked for long. I want to say also that I definitely do not have a super skinny foot. Average width. I was disappointed bc otherwise I loved them ... show more

I was a little worried I wouldn't like these, but I am so glad I tried them out. They are so cute, very comfy and gives me a little bit height. Looks great with baggy jeans and a hoodie as well. Very comfortable. Takes a hot.minute to confirm to your foot, but it stays put. I would recommend wearing socks for the first week or so as the top edge has a tendency to rub at that joint spot between the ankle and the top of the foot. Otherwise they are wonderful.
