I want to personally thank this company for making such a wonderful product! It worked like magic in our new Hoover carpet cleaning machine and our carpets do not smell like stinky - powder perfume, which Hoover gave samples of such. My thought is - if you have to put perfume in your products, then you're trying to cover the smell - not get rid of it. I use a Bissell Spot Clean and a Bissell Big Green Professional Carpet Cleaner for the low pile carpets in my home and rental unit. Lately, the carpet in the rental has taken a beating from tenant dogs. This solution tackled light urine staining and left the carpets smelling fresh. Cleaning my own carpets saves me money and gets the rental extra clean between tenants. I appreciate a hardworking solution like Stuart Pet Supply to get the job done quickly, without multiple passes. I use a UV flashlight to identify dried urine spots and give them a pretreatment. These spots aren't usually visible without the UV light, but I want to get rid of them! This solution works well, eliminating spots almost entirely. I haven't yet found anything that completely eliminates spots when tested with UV light. I appreciate that the product is made in the USA and comes with a money-back satisfaction guarantee.

I have several pet cleaners that do well on pet odors, but not so much on the stains. I have an older Bissell steam cleaner and mixed the Stuart Oxy Cleaner in it and went to work on my carpeted steps. I have one cat with a sometimes uncontrollable diarrhea and he got my steps a couple of times. Also the dog never wipes his feet before going upstairs. It removed the stains and a lot of dirt and there is no odor at all. The scent is not heavy and does not mask the stink. I am very happy with this and can't wait to tackle the whole carpeted upstairs.

Stuart Pet Supply Co Oxy Carpet Cleaner is 32oz and made specifically to be used in a carpet shampooer machine. Its instructions recommends that you vacuum the area first if possible, which I did. My 20 year old cat had a medical condition that resulted in him not eating his cat food as neatly as he had in the past. I had moved his food dish on a creme carpet on a pet mat for his convenience but I was very concerned that the discoloration around the mat from his dry food would mean I would eventually need to cover up the area to hide any stains. I pre-treated the area with this carpet cleaner. I found an approx 10 ounce spray bottle and added 5 ml of the carpet cleaner, which is 1 teaspoon. It had a light clean scent and very little foam even well I shook the bottle. I sprayed it and let it sit maybe 5 minutes. When I dabbed the area with paper towels, I was very surprised that now the discoloration is gone. I am extremely happy with the results, even before I got my carpet shampooer out! I prefer that this carpet cleaner is made in the USA, which increases my trust in the product and the quality of the ingredients used. I am very satisfied with this carpet cleaner!

Any pet owner knows how incredibly difficult it can be to remove orders from pet accidents. I've tried making my own solutions and at least five different brands from off the shelf. Nothing has worked as well as this solution. One pass on wash and one rinse was all it took. Which means, this bottle should last quite a while even though it's not that big. My carpet shampooer self mixes solution with water from two separate tanks so I didn't have to bother with mixing it before placing it in my machine. I am still amazed at how well this works. I don't plan on using any other brand from now on.

The carpet cleaner worked well, almost too well. I didn’t realize how dirty my carpet had become until I used it to spot clean an area where my dog had gotten sick. The cleaner made the carpet appear like it had been bleached and I almost wrote a bad review about it. Instead, I compared it against an existing cleanser that produced the same results—as it turned out, this cleaner is just that good! I simply couldn’t recall the true color of my carpet until I used this cleaner. I used it conjunction with a portable cleaner, so the results were the results of the product itself, elbow grease, hot water, and the extractor.

This Professional Strength Oxy Carpet Cleaner Solution works well in our steam cleaner. We have 2 dogs and we haven't had any big messes, but it did a good job at helping remove the dog smell. A little goes a long way so this will last us a while.
