I wish I had known the handle wasn't real wood. It feels like pretty cheap plastic and they fell off in a couple of weeks. The frame is metal and pretty solid, so I was able to fix the handle...with real wewd. Also, the slot for the rubber bands to slip in are not done well at all, they were unfinished. I had to use a small saw to cute them the rest of the way. It wasn't hard, it was really thin metal, more like a bur that blocked the slot. . . but on all of them. Also, the flashlight is super cheap feeling and when mounted on the bottom it's just in the way more than anything else. The bottom mount also makes the laser "sight" useless. Other than that, I am giving it 4 stars because once you get the rubber bands on and the handle fixed, it's a pretty good sling shot. Oh yeah, the magnets are super weak and when you fire it all the ammo flys off the wrist strap. So, other than all that, it's a lot of fun.

I have not had a chance to try this out, but I am impressed with the weight of this object. My husband was so impressed that he is thinking about getting an additional one. "I don't see how the light attachment will add to this rating as it is just a "bulky" add-on in my opinion."

Parts don’t go together like they should & wiggle where they shouldn’t. When assembled, you can’t fold it anymore. Just buy a daisy, they have had the same design for years for a reason.

Not easy to aim and its difficult to use without injury. Into the trash it went. What I discovered was odd, both my dog poop pick-up stick and the dogs tennis ball thrower performed better. The dog tennis ball thrower was more accurate and achieved extreme distance compared to this slingshot and it was easy on my old hands and arms. The slingshot caused pain in my hands and arms.

I can't hit the broad side of a barn with this thing, and I'm not ruling out user error. I may just go with a pellet gun because my time is precious on my other hobbies and expanding my hobby collection. It appears well made as far as the body. I set up targets and even from 10', can't hit within a 2' pattern. This makes it unsuitable for what I purchased it for (keeping the rabbits out of my garden). The body of the slingshot is well made. The ones I remember using had more of a rigid handle than the floppy bendable one. The loss of the anchor bearings can be overcome by carefully tying knots in the rubber tubing so that the tubing(s) that have lost their bearings are the same length as the ones that still have them.
