These targets stands are easy to setup and a great value for the cost! With the included stakes we had no issues shooting all day with rifle or pistol rounds. The spring loaded 1x2 holders were a nice touch and added a bit of stability to the assembly. I took it easy on the wing nut after seeing other peoples issues with the welds breaking and didn't have any problems. Bottom line, these work well and are a good value for a two pack.

This has ben one of the most useful things I have ever purchased for the shooting range. I have a larger target that the frame is sized to fit a regular roll of brown builders paper that you would find at the big box store. the problem is many days it is very windy at our range and this thing is tough to keep anchored down as it's like a huge sail. For some guns, I do not need the large background so I use this frame instead. While it only opens up to about a 24" width at most. I usually don't even go that wide for accurate small grouping firearms. The 1x2's that plug in the stand for the uprights are cheap and readily available and you can cut them to whatever height you desire and carry spares for when a stray round breaks them. I cut cardboard to my desired size and attach it to the uprights with spring clamps from the big box store. I then use adhesive targets on the cardboard that are easily replaced as needed. I have all the spare uprights, cardboard squares, and extra spring clamps for any mishaps at the range. This setup is super cheap, and I'm a frugal kind of guy. But the best thing I have found about this target stand is this. On the really windy days, I use much shorter uprights that keeps the cardboard square close to the ground so it grabs very little wind. i add the steel spikes that come with the set and peg it to the ground and it has remained stable on very windy days. If needed, extra spikes or a weight could be added to keep the wind from toppling it over. This stand is extremely useful and sees a ton of use for me, especially when a large target footprint is not needed or on very windy days. It also came with a few nice targets that I will shoot but replace with something I don't have to keep paying lots of money for.

These are really great target stands. They are light, easy to assemble, and can be adjusted to fit a variety of targets. They are kind of light weight so do not expect them to work without either using the included stakes or using some kind of weight. I use two 10 lbs. camera tripod sandbags per target and that seems to work great. I really like how it uses 1x2s as they are cheap.

These worked excellent. Wood is not included but it fit Home Depot 1x2 wood perfectly. It was very very light wind and I didn’t even need to use the spikes it comes with. The stands were very stable. Easy to set up. Free targets are just a bonus I will be buying even more of these soon.

The base is well made, has leaf springs to grip the 1x2’s, clearly designed to store and transport easily. Toolless assembly, comes with the clips and stakes, the base is marked for width, 8-24”. These are more stable in practice than they look, especially if you clip a cardboard backer to the wood supports and then tape or staple the paper targets to the cardboard. On uneven ground the stakes work, on rocky ground I just put a couple of rocks on the base to keep it steady. Very good for light-duty, personal use - breaks down and transports great. Unsuited to permanent range use but they are a bargain at <$25 each. Cut an 8’ furring strip in two, clip the cardboard about 12” higher than the wooden supports, a great height; only $1.75 per target frame extra for the wood. Shipping box has silhouette targets printed on both sides to use as targets! UPS slapped a big label partly over one so we are doing ‘hostage drills’. Big Fun.

Pleasantly surprised. Expected possibly cheap China trash. Turned out the metal is not as robust as I had hoped but for the money, considering all that you get, I give it 5 stars. Workmanship on the stands is actually fairly good.

Absolutely excellent value for money, and literally everything you need is included with the purchase (except for the 1x2 wood). The product comes with both bases, paper targets, cardboard backing/targets are part of the box, and there are large clips included to hold the targets. There are also yard stakes included to help hold down the base. I used these on a VERY windy day to sight in a rifle at multiple ranges, and short of strong gusts blowing my targets out of their clips (which can be solved with a stapler), I had zero issues. I will be purchasing another set and highly recommend these bases for an affordable, all-in-one target solution.
